Our Team

Prior to establishing Jane Roberts Consulting LLC, Jane worked directly for several global chemical and refining companies located on the Texas Gulf Coast as a human resource advisor and technical recruiting specialist. With more than 30 years of experience, Jane has developed an extensive network of talented individuals, hundreds of friends and colleagues, and a reputation as an individual who sincerely cares about others. She and her team can be trusted to maintain complete confidentiality throughout the hiring process. Jane and her team of qualified professionals are eager to provide quality service to both clients and candidates.

Shelly Bumstead Voigtman joined the team in early 2013. She brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Technical Recruiting. John Roberts, researcher and office manager, joined the team in 2010 and provides a creative talent to the team. Debbie Harrison joined the team mid-year 2013 and provides our accounting services and database expertise. Debbie spent 20 years in the chemical industry with Dupont prior to joining our team.
